Aumo Jira App
This Privacy Policy explains how the app Aumo Jira App, developed by Aumo AI, collects, uses, and protects personal data when integrating with Atlassian's Jira Cloud.
Data Collected
When a user authenticates and uses the app, we collect
OAuth access and refresh tokens (used to access the Atlassian API)
Token metadata: scope, expiration time (expires_in), and token type
Jira site identifier (e.g., cloudId, site URL)
When the user configures a connector and chooses what to export via JQL, we collect:
Selected Jira issues (content and metadata)
Attachments linked to those issues
Some issue metadata may include the name and email address of the user who created or updated the content. We do not collect or store Atlassian account IDs or other profile information directly.
We do not collect or store user passwords or manually generated API tokens.
How We Use the Data
Collected data is used to:
Enable the app’s core functionalities within Jira
Provide user support and improve the app experience
Maintain logs for auditing and debugging purposes (non-sensitive data only)

contornar limites técnicos, controles de segurança, mecanismos de governança, autenticação, auditoria ou rate limits;
realizar engenharia reversa, descompilação, desmontagem, benchmarking, extração de prompts, extração de lógica, arquitetura, pipelines, modelos ou qualquer tentativa de replicação funcional;
copiar, reproduzir, redistribuir, comercializar ou disponibilizar a Plataforma a terceiros, salvo se expressamente autorizado em instrumento específico;
desenvolver, treinar ou operar soluções concorrentes com base total ou parcial na Plataforma, em seus Outputs ou em qualquer conhecimento obtido por meio do uso;
introduzir código malicioso, explorar vulnerabilidades, promover ataques ou ações que comprometam a integridade, segurança ou disponibilidade da Plataforma.

Users may revoke access to the app at any time by removing it from their Atlassian Jira settings. You may also contact us to:
